O.P.I shatter dried up

Damn! My O.P.I black shatter dried up completely.

Plan to have a new manicure yesterday, wanted green base plus black shatter.
End up only with my green finger nails. Pissed me off!!
I have goggle about this matter and I found quite a number complaint about O.P.I shatter dried up easily
They suggest put some thinner may help up but my shatter is out of hope!
But still plan to buy another shatter/cracker and I afraid same case happened to me. :(
or just stick with plain manicure? Hmm...

I want my shatter back!!I've only used for few times :(
